oil restriction

Hi guys. Can i put an oil restriction on my 1G car? How big? I have my oil feed from the head and i think there to much oil presure coz. I blow my 2nd turbo in not even a week.Pls. help. Thenk you.

Definitely an "F" in English class

Just try to find a stock oil feed line to eliminate all the guess work.

What turbo are you using/killing?
Have you verified that the turbos were dieing due to lack of oil? (because there is definitely more than one way to kill a turbo other than an improper oil supply)

The 1st one was ebay s### And the 2nd one was areal Mish.Its not lack of oil , its to much oil presure.

Stock oil feed has a built-in restrictor at the turbo side. Even with no Balance Shafts, there shouldn't be an issue fed from the head on stock line. Always works for me with MHI turbos

But is it ok to put a 1/16 oil restrictor?
How much oil the turbo needs.

Explain how you know you have too much oil pressure. What reading did you measure at that port on the head?

Before I install the 1st turbo ,I clean the ic. After I install it i drove for a block, then the white and blue smoke start comming out from the teal pipe.I check the ic and there is a small amount of oil in it. I took it for another run and more smoke is comming out. check the ic and there is more oil..Same thing happend on the 2nd turbo.Thats why I think that to much oil presure what kills them.Oil presure readign is on high side.
