Waste Gate Restriction Problem

ok i tried removing the little piece out of the solenoid and that worked and all, but the problem is that my car won't stay running! I idle very low like 500-600 and when i drive it and depress the clutch my RPMs just drop off and the car dies! does anyone know or have had this problem, that could help me out, becuase i am so lost right now and can't figure why it is doing it! PLEASE HELP

do you have a CEL?

the CEL is not on and i am not throwing codes, it will idle if you press the clutch in very slowly but if you are just driving it normally and press the clutch in the RPMs drop and shuts down, and i do not know why!
