oil pump wont spin.

I have a new oem oil pump I bought for my rebuild. It spun freely when I put the bse kit on it an installed it the 1st time. I haven't ran the car at all but I took the front case off to install the crank after I got it back from the machine shop from being balanced. Now even with the BSE kit or the balance shaft installed on it, it won't spin at all. No movement left or right even trying a braker bar on it to help with force won't move it. any ideas?

No pics re do it and spin it if you cant take it off and see why.

It won't spin both ways unless you have straight cut gears.
Take it apart and see what's going on?
