1G Oil pressure

Oil pressure is a little funky and I want to know if it’s the gauge or not. Hold pretty steady at 60-75lbs in the gauge at idle. It’s an auto meter gauge. Bounces around a tiny bit but if u rev it pressure goes down to between 0-25lbs.

Is there a way to check it with ECMLink? If you how do you add it to watch it live?

No way to monitor it unless you have a sensor wired in.

If you still have the oil pressure sender hooked up for the dash you should be able to watch that one. Even tho it doesn't give exact pressure you still should see it drop some.

If it's a digital gauge I would guess the sender is bad and going out of range when the pressure goes up as you rev it. If it's a mechanical gauge I would be a little more concerned that oil pressure is the actual issue but it would still be pretty odd. The only way you could really loose pressure as RPM goes up is if the bypass in the oil filter housing is getting stuck open

Does your stock gauge work? If yes, is the stock gauge doing the same thing? If yes, you have oil pressure issue.

No stock gauge doesn’t work

Oil sending unit, oil pressure switch or any of the allen plugs on the ofh

You need to verify oil pressure. A gauge as shown will work fine.
