1G Oil pressure sensor tap question

I did some reading on the forums on where to tap the OFH so the oil psi gauge can get a reading. I read that the engine vibrations will cause the sensor to stop working or break off the OFH, so I do plan to use an oil pressure extension line from stm so the vibrations don’t harm the sensor.

My only question is would it be better to run it off the old oil pressure gauge sender? Or the unfiltered tap on the OFH? (In the 1st image)
The filtered part of the housing is currently being used as a feed line for the turbo.
I could tee it and run it from there too, but I figure it’s better to get some input from someone.

I run my remote sensor from the plugged unfiltered tap with a 12" long 4an line to under the PS reservoir, where I have my sensor located. We had a sensor break off when mounted to the OFH with a brass adapter fitting. After that, we went remote.

Awesome! Just what I wanted to hear.
 
Use HEAT to remove this plug then use a BSPT to 4an adaptor like @curt-s linked above. You run a risk of rounding out the center of the plug without a little heat.

I’ll be using a heat gun turned on the highest setting and an impact. Did it on the filtered plug and came out without any issues
So where exactly in the photo are you guys tapping into?
On the 1st image I've already tapped through the filtered 3/8 plug and I'll be using the other 3/8 unfiltered plug for the gauge.
