I just swapped in the motor I had built. here are the specs.
.20 mahle pistons
eagle rods
ARP main and head studs
Clevite main and rod bearings
SI 1mm oversized valves and valve springs
SI titatanium retainers
New water pump
New oil pump
New headgasket
Forward facing oil filter housing
Balance shaft eliminated
Etc Etc

I let it run for about 20 minutes on first start up drained the oil. Looked Fine. Drove to the gas station and back drained oil. Looked Fine. Motor now has 25 miles on it, I check the oil its milky white and kinda bubbly looking on the dipstick. The car hasnt seen over 3k rpm and hasnt seen over 50mph. I know if theres oil in the coolant itll be milkt and its more then likely a blown headgasket. Not sure what it means when your oil is milky? Need help I dont want to have to put a headgasket on a motor that has over 4k into.

First thing I would recommend is to contact the engine builder. Do not take anything apart, do not do anything until you've spoken to them. I would suggest you do basic things like check the torque on your head studs and inspect for any leaks, or collected fluids. Collect the oil in a container you can inspect well, including pouring it through some kind of screen to check for debris or chunks. Drain some coolant and see if there is any contamination of the coolant.

In the mean time...
Was the head resurfaced when the long block was assembled. New head studs or reused? What kind of head gasket? (Brand and Size)

Yes i plan on contacting them on monday. I will drive it up there and have them do a compression test and see what they say because this is not cool. And I dont want to throw the shop under the bus until I find out whats wrong and what they are going to do about it. Because it is a well known shop.

don't drive it anywhere. Any use of the motor could cause catastrophic failure. It's most likely the head gasket but atleast take the time to share your findings with them and see if they can provide any guidance. To be totally honest with you at 4k, it's unlikely that the problem you are having is related to the block or head being built. Head gasket failure does happen and more often than not, it's caused by a non or imporperly surface head or improper torque of the head bolts.
