420A Oil level sensor

Is there a such thing as an oil level sensor on the 420a platform? Our 420a car sometimes doesn’t start we will have full electronics and everything we turn the key it does nothing then we add a quart of oil when low and she starts right up it only does it when oil is getting low it’s weird

There is a dummy light for low oil, but it does not restrict the car from starting. Something else is going on to cause a no start at first.

Gotcha ik it’s weird sometimes it won’t sometimes it’ll start right up sometimes a couple pumps of the clutch it’ll start then sometimes it takes about 20 pumps ans 20 tries to the key

Could be your clutch switch going bad or not adjusted correctly.
