Well i just rebuilt my entire engine like i stated before......i have about 800 miles on the new engine and im noticing oil pushing out of my valve cover onto my exhaust mani.....i have an rre catch can hooked up b/c i upgraded my intercooler piping and intake and it doesnt recirculate back into the intake...i was wondering if i drilled out my pcv valve or even eliminated it if my car will run poorly..??/??if anyone could let me know what to do i will be greatly apprieciated......

It could be the things that SlickGSX mentioned. But since you have modified your crankcase ventilation system the leak is more than likely being caused by excessive crankcase pressure. Either way you should go back to the stock configuration.

Do NOT drill out your PCV valve. I recommend replacing your PCV with a new oem valve. Remove the filter on top of the RRE catch can and seal the top (plug it). Reattach the valve cover breather to the intake pipe, keeping the catch can inline. After you do this perform a boost leak test with oil fill cap off and listen for air escaping through valve cover.

Here is a thread with more info. Even though it is in the context of the dipstick popping out the basic idea is the same.
