oil leak help!

ok so i been having this small oil leak that i can see on whatever this thing is...its not a huge leak becuase my oil level hasnt moved in the 2 months ive own the car...but i would still like to fix it...so my questions are...1)what is this silver thing? 2)how can i fix this leak?

That silver things is your stock oil pressure sending unit. Looks like it is bent or damaged. Go to the junkyard and pull one off another car. Put teflon tape around the threads. Screw it in, and you should be all set.

Is the oil pan dry? It looks ok from here.
The oil only around the sending unit? Is it leaking from the sending unit?

I hate to suggest it, but front main seal maybe. Could also be the front case or the OFH gasket. I'd cross your fingers for the front main or OFH. I hate dealing with the front case.
I'd start looking to do something about that blue wire, too.

Looks like an aftermarket oil pressure sending unit. Blue wire also gives it away. I would pull it when you are doing an oil change. Swap in another aftermarket. I would go with an electrical one, that seems to be the one you currently have.

Yea there's only oil there...ill look into buying another and change my oil thanks for the input

+1 oil pressure sender like they said above just go to the junkyard and get one tap it or use thread sealer
