just bought a brand new oil feed bolt, washers and that round peice that hooks up to the SS oil line... basicly the turbo oil feed assembly... and it still leaks oil... everything is tight and i made sure i didnt over tighten it... did i forget something? i mean u just put it together and bolt it on right?

it looks tight and together but theres still oil all over the turbo because of it...

Did you make sure to put the crush washers both above and below the round part that hooks to the oil feed line?

Is the leak coming from the line, or right on top of the turbo?

If there is a clog in your oil drain line, its possible oil pressure is backing up to the feed line.

teflon tape is your friend :thumb:
Be really careful when you do this, make sure the right amount is used, excess teflon tape is known to clog up the passage.

what if you cant even get the goddamn hard feed line off. I am having a hell of a time getting it from the place where the oil filter is. Ive tried the small connector and the huge bolkt and neither of them will come off. Ive come to the point where they bolts are stripping under the pressure...

if you have an SS feed line to replace your hard line, just go ahead and cut off the hardline at the fitting and use a 6 point socket wrench with an extension. also spray some PB blaster on that sucker

i have both crush washers on and my return line is fine... maybe i will try some tape, but other than that all i can think of is making it tighter...

and yeah its leaking on the top of the turbo.. not from the line itself...

We are not there with you so only you can tell if it's tight enough. It has to be tight enough to crush the copper crush washers but not enough to stripe. The best thing to do is to use a torque wrench and follow the specs on the service manual.
