Oil leak above the slave cylinder

Hey I've got a 1990 eclipse gsx and it's a rebuilt motor and tranny that I've been putting back together for the past 2 years and I've got an oil leak coming from somewhere above the clutch slave cylinder and running down and dripping off the slave cylinder and I cannot for the life of me find it. It's not the CAS or the head gasket or anything like that I've checked and read almost everything about oil leaks on these motors and I can't find anything. Also I've bent back the tranny bell housing cover and felt around by the flywheel and it's bone dry in there so I don't know I'm all out of ideas. So any suggestions or people that have had similar problems are welcome!!

Is it oil, trans fluid or brake/clutch fluid? You also have turbo feed above there

I'm pretty sure it is motor oil. And I checked that turbo feed line and it's a little wet around there but it's not running down from there. I think it's coming from somewhere between the engine block and the transmission running down. One day when i was trying to track it down I could see a little drip running down the seem between that bell housing cover and the block.

I just had a similar situation and it turned out to be my turbo return line, it was the stock one and it had a crack in the flex section. I searched for quite some time since it coated everything under the motor and tranny. It had drips from every angle. So I took some time and hit the underside of the engine and tranny with degreaser and wiped it all down. That's how I found out it was the oil return line. Hope you find it.

did you correctly plug the oil plug on the block it can leak if not sealed right .

Wet but you dont think its from there.......
I assume car was off when yiu checked. That's a pressurized line and the pressure goes up when you drive. Seems pretty likely to me.
