The oil is probally from your valve cover go buy a fuel filter which is like $3 dollars at your local auto parts and put it like so ...

there is no shaft play in the turbo.....i have a breather filter on where u have the fuel filter located and i am still spraying oil out of the bov(not recird) any clues from there???me n a buddy r thinkin pcv valve on the back side of the valve cover or a bad valve stem seal

Yeah like darkstar1313 sayd there could still be some oil on your IC take you IC off and clean it whit simple green and water a couple of times..
and i douth is a valve stem seal it would be blowing blue smoke out the tail pipe if it was a valve stem seal
Also just buy a new pcv valve at you local auto parts it's not much..

That's the wrong way to put on the catch can. You need to turn it around at the very least. If not, it will clog up very easily and will create more problems. Click here to see how it should be installed.

And no, do not "just" replace your old PCV valve with a new one. Instead, follow these directions or read through this recent thread about how to get rid of a very nasty boost leak caused by the PCV valve (regardless of whether the PCV valve is new or not). Also read through this thread and this thread and this thread as well. This thread also has some good photos to refer to.

Travis, you need to seach. This topic has been discussed a lot. Over and over and over again.
