420A Oil in exhaust side of turbo..

So I had to removed my down pipe today for maintenance and I noticed I had a nice ammount of oil residue on the lower opening of the hot side of the turbo, does have alittle blueish white smoke at the start of idle, but any ways i do have 145-155 on a cold comp test so I don' think it's a engine issue maybe turbo seals ? I do have very minor shaft play but I was told by a turbo shop that it's good it acts like motor mounts and needs that little play so it don' break or soomething but any ways back to the topic is it seals or something else ?

Depends on the turbo. Fill out a profile. If you're running a 20 year old turbo at some point it will need a rebuild
