t25 has grime in intake side of turbo.

Can i take just the intake side of the turbo off to clean out the inside without having to replace seals and or o-rings?

You could just take the compressor cover off the turbo. But you will have to pull the turbo out of the car, disconnect the coolant/oil lines and pull the vacuum line off. You will need snap ring pliers or big needle nose pliers to get the big c-clip off. There is however a large o-ring that seals the comp cover to the CHRA so be careful not to tear/rip it.

The turbo is out of the car already. Haha. So than all i have to do is take the snap ring off and be careful with the o-ring? Easy enough hopefully.

Ohhh its already out.. but yea thats it. If you have alot of build up in the turbo i would also reccomend that you clean out your intercooler as well.

You can use gasoline to flush out the intercooler. Might want to look into a catch can from Calan so that doesn't build up again. Better to have the blow by caught in a can vs recirculating it back through the charge system.

I have an open atmosphere bov. I don't know if that means anything with the build. How does the build up get there exactly?

The vent from the valve cover that hooks to the intake.

the build up comes from whats called blow by. notice how your valve cover has 2 lines? one that goes into the intake manifold, and the other that goes into your pre-turbo intake? thats how.

depending on the type that you get, if it has 1 chamber you can either put it inline from the valve cover to the manifold, or from the intake too the intake. best bet would be to either buy one with 2 chambers, or 2 separate cans so you can do both.
