oil in coolant (not the head gasket)

I just had the headgasket replaced in my 91 GSXabout three months ago but the car sat since. I've put about 100 miles on it and for some reason it keeps blowing off coolant hoses ,heater core hoses. when I checked it out, I noticed I have oil in the over flow container.the car runs and idles fine NO SMOKE from the exhaust. the head was completely disassembled cleaned and decked. it should not be a headgasket problem. BUT, anywhere there is coolant, oil is mixed with it, but, there is no coolant in the head or oilpan. could it be a bad center section of the turbo? I need help fast!!!

Have you tried a compression check? What kind of head gasket stock or metal?

You said the car doesn't smoke so I doubt it's your turbo but you could check it for shaft play. Check if the return line for the oil is clogged that would build up pressure to make it leak past the seals. But even so that would make you burn the oil. I think coolant passes around passages in the housing and the oil drops through the center. It's not like the motor where the head gasket keeps them seperate.
