i think my oil filter striped so im wondering if it has to do with the boost ive been pushing
i have a 20g turbo and what would be the best oil filter to get for my car

Your oil filter is striped, huh?

Please use proper spelling and punctuation in your posts. It really does make things easier to understand.

I don't see how the boost you're pushing has anything to do with your oil filter. You also don't include how much boost you're running, so we can only assume it's higher than stock. But you did mention you have a 20g. Do you have the supporting mods for it, out of curiosity?

The Mobil 1 and K&N filters are nice. The Purolators are also supposed to be good and I've had great experiences with Wix filters as well. I'd stay away from Fram. But like Mr. Boxx said, your boost should have nothing to do with your oil filter being damaged.

Ooh, those are hard to find. They run them at LeMans.

There's a great, big FAQ about oil filters. Read it. Test is Tuesday.

No, it's not your boost.
