oil filter housing question

will i have any problems pluging the hole where the oil feed line comes out of the housing
and just run my new oil line from the head? like the 1g

Shouldn't have a problem doing that. The only thing is the line pressure will be lower if you feed from the head. Oil pressure from the filter housing is higher.

From what i have read, feeding oil from the head is best suited for ball bearing turbochargers like GT30 R 's . From your profile, i noticed your running a 14b , its better if it's fed from the housing for more pressure. These turbos need a lot more oil pressure from what i understand, correct me if im wrong guys.
