Hello everyone. I was wondering what torque spec I should follow for the blue fittings that go to the hoses for my oil cooler? Also the washer that is provided with the kit for the blue connections, do they go between the fittings and the ofh or between the fittings and hose? Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't go too tight, they are only aluminum after all. The seals/washers you have are called Stat-o-seals IIRC. They go between the OFH and the fitting.
AN fittings need no seals or Teflon tape due to there design, they are seal sealing. Remember AN fittings were originally designed for Aerospace and Military use.
 
I think that the the end that is threaded without the flare needs to have high temp sealant, I would use a permatex like sealant. If you are using a crush washer then there is not need for sealant, the copper does the job for you.

The flared end definately does not need sealant nor teflon tape. Also Teflon Tape does not work well with engine oil

I just looked through the service manual and there is not spec bolts using crush washers. I think most of the installation and removal assumes you keep these line attached and remove the unit from where the rubber hoses apply, like the turbo feed coolant line and return.

I would torque it down 15 foot/lbs.

edit: How larger are the fittings? I just checked the crush washer specs for standard mitsu turbos, the toque spec for the bolt that feeds the turbo thats screws in the turbo is 20-25 ft lbs. The bolt that goes into the head is 10-14lbs. Both coolant and feed lines on the turbo are 25-36 ft lbs.
