90 oil cooler filter housing?

Hey guys I was wondering if the 90 oil cooler style oil filter housing has a thermostat in it?? At what temp does it start recirculating oil?

If it doesnt i will just get greddy oil cooler.

The brass colored plug is the oil thermostat. Sorry I don't know the temp it where closes.
