Will the oil filter bracket from a 91 gsx interchange with my 94 tsi awd?

No. Oil filter brackets or housings are 6-bolt and 7-bolt specific. The bolt patterns are very different.

An original '91 will be a 6-bolt block An original '94 will be a 7-bolt. Different blocks means different oil pumps / front cases means different oil filter housings.

Ok thank you. Definately a bummer considering 1. I already bought the part and 2. It was the only one in this area. Do you by chance know where i can get one? I went the Mitsubishi dealership here in kc and they said that it would take 60 or so days to get here.

If you are on facebook, there is a kansascity dsm site. I am sure that there is a guy on there that can get you one in a day. There is also the regional section on this site where you can post a wanted ad in the kansas city area. You will likely find one there very easily also.
