Does anyone know how to get the oil filter bracket off? I unscrewed the three bolts and the small one but its still stuck. It seems as if there is another bolt inside the oil pan area. Is this true? Nothing I have found says anymore then undo the three bolts so please help, thanks.

I would guess thats it the part that holds the filter and oil cooler one the block. How do I get to that bolt?

Ok so on a 2g gsx the is only the three bolts then?

If i remember correctly 4 bolts hold it in place. Three of them are obvious, the 4th goes through the timing cover and then through the housing. Then just get a rubber mallet and tap the filter bolt till it comes loose.

Ok how do I get to the 4th one? Do I have to take off the pullies and timing cover?
