ok so i have this oil feed line leak and I have been searching on the forums for one just like mine but haven't yet. So here's what's going on: I have been working on my car all weekend putting in my new 20g and FMIC, I finally just got everything back together, turned on my car to test it out, was on for about 3 seconds and my Dad told me to turn it off because it was leaking oil....I get up to my engine bay and there's oil all over where I screwed my oil feed line into the top of the turbo....It's a braided ss line with an fittings (couldn't really tell u which one, I don't know a lot about them)but it was the same one I used with my stock t25 turbo(and it didnt leak then). Now the hole in the 20g for the oil feed is deeper than my AN fitting but I screwed it in til the fitting was butt up against the surface of the turbo and nearly cutting into the aluminum, but being careful not to overtighten and strip it. Anyways, I'm not sure why it was leaking there so here I am....:ohdamn:

Sounds like a mess, get a oem line for your swap into a different turbo, use gaskets a bit of sealant and you should be good, i did that and have no leaks, used that s.s line and tossed back to oem no problems since i returned to oem.

Oh oil feed line, got mine from extreme psi, no leaks direct fit, perfect how is it leaking did you use the washers?

no it's a male AN style oil feed line into the turbo, not banjo, there are no washers to use bro....

Ok my kit came with a banjo washer, show us a picture of what your talking about hard to help with no pics post us a picture. on top of turbo is it leaking from the line? Where its fed at? Where did you get the ss line from, give us more to work with please.

From what you said in your first post it sounds like the tapered tip of the AN fitting is not engaging a matching tapered seat which is I believe how those type of fittings acheive a seal. In that case I would think a crush washer would be necessary.

I also have the AN fitting that taps into the turbo to attach the SS feed line, I am also having a problem sealing mine. It is the correct one ordered from ExtremePSI and never heard about needing a crush washer unless its for a banjo bolt. Can anyone verify needing a crush washer with the adapter from ExtremePSI?

sounds like you need an adapter to go between the turbo and the oil feed line

probly an inverted flair to your AN fitting

I have a very similar setup to what "daR3alEddieJ" is using for turbo oil feed. I'm feeding off my oil filter housing instead of the head. The turbo oil feed fitting screws in with no crush washers and it is a inverted flare adapter that connects to the T25 turbo. When I ordered my oil feed from Extreme PSI it had different adapters for T25, T28 and 14B, 16G, 20G turbos. I think your adapter works great with your T25, but when you swapped to your 20G you needed a different adapter fitting.
