remove your thermostat.... Yes, I am waiting for the naysayers to whine in about removing your thermostat, however you are down where you dont really have cold weather, and up north here I havent had a thermostat in years and years and I get right up to full operating temperatures just fine just as quickly as I do with a thermostat

This has been discussed before several times in the past. If you remove the thermostat, the ECU will likely be in open loop mode the whole time because it won't be able to get up to the correct temperature to go into closed loop. Of course each car is different, so your results may vary.

Clean the seals and mating surfaces around the hood. Especially at the front and cowl.

You need to have your ducting form a complete tunnel from the bumper cover opening all the way to the engine bay.

Everything else is a waste of time and money till then.

There's no reason to be running over 210F. I keep mine at 165-170 even after pulls on 85-90F days.

It's all about taking advantage of a pressure differential across the cores.

So, yesterday I drove the car around town a good distance no interstates just normal roads. And I sit at 196-200 no a/c. With a/c I bounce between 210-220 but not much higher than that. This is with the latest ducking so far, seeing this improvement means that if I finish completely enclosing the air the results will be even better with the a/c..

Ok good idea, nice thought on the fin directing air over the opening, hopefully there won't still be a low pressure zone there sucking air in. I think ducting, like land speed said and possibly slightly spacing and covering the sides of all three as to force the air thru all 3, and not out the sides or any other p.o.l.r. Keep us posted on your progress and results.
