I'm almost done getting my motor built. But wondering if I should get an aftermarket oil cooler or if an oil filter relocation kit would do the same thing. I've seen some people get the oil filter relocation kit and put it at the opening of the bumper on the left side to get air to it. Reason I ask is because I was thinkin of getting the oil filter housing from ffwd but I don't think it has a place to hook up any oil line fittings for an oil cooler. What would ya'll suggest? Thanks!

Get the ’90 filter housing with a good cooler like a 619 Setrab, -10AN lines. If you want to relocate the oil filter that’s fine but that alone won’t do much for cooling. You can always go all the way and throw in an Accusump too with the relocation kit, but the most important is the external air/oil cooler and the ’90 style filter housing is a great piece that will do the job right.
Take a look at these pictures to get a better idea.
