Oil/Coolant mix

What are all the possible places that oil can get into the coolant. This is just to make sure that I have not missed any. Thanks.

1. headgasket

2. oil cooler

3. turbo

4. cracked head or block

That's what I thought. The car is running fine so that would most likely rule out head gasket and cracks. I replaced the oil cooler and that did not work and I am on the second turbo replacement in three days. The first turbo was not good from the factory. This should fix my problem. Thanks.
