14B Mix Oil and Coolant?

Is it possible for the 14B to deteriate to a point where it can mix the oil and coolant?

We just did an HG with ARP head studs tourques to 90FT LBS and the head is alomst brand new. Decked, 3 angle valave job, pressure tested, hot tanked.. the usual shit, came outa the machine shop perfect, and this is one of the best shops in the area.

Somewhere in the block is a crack causeing the the car under boost to push air into the coolant chamber causeing it to overheat and then swap coolant into the oil. The car burns no fluids just builds air in the coolant like no-ones buisiness and adds it to the oil for fun. Before I swap a new 6 bolt block I was just wanting to make sure it couldn't be the turbo.

Just lazy I guess. I will do this though before we pull the block thats for sure though. I guess after replacing everything but the block it's all I assume is left that it wrong.
