So if i want oil to quit spraying on my injectors I'm guessing this is what i need. questions are 1 do i need 2? was looking at setup diagrams and it showed 2. Can i use just 1? Should I use 1 with or without a filter on the top? (oil catchcan)

You can use one can with both the PCV and the breather run to on inlet. make it a sealed can that has a vacuum source. Good place for the vacuum source is the intake pipe as it will continue to draw out the gases during boost.

I personally run one can with both valve cover lines run to it and no PCV valve. Then rather than a breather I have another line run off the top of the catch can into the intake pipe vacuum port pre-turbo. So yes, you can run one can as long as it has 2 fittings and either a 3rd breather fitting (not my recommendation) or one vacuum fitting run PRETURBO (my recommendation).

so run a line from both pieces on the valve cover to inlets and a third hose from can to intake? thats it?

Yes. I run my PCV and my breather to a "T" and the run the one hose to the inlet on the can, I then run the other fitting on the can to my intake pipe which I installed a fitting on.
