whats the big diffrence between the GSX rims and the GS rims?

I assume you're talking about '97-'99 GSX wheels and '00+ GS wheels, since they look similar?

The 17" '97-'99 GSX wheels are two-piece and are straight all the way to the lip, the 17" '00+ wheels are one-piece and bend inward at the lip.

Also the 17" GSX wheels have a machined outer lip.
