I SEEM TO LOOSE ACCELERATION WHEN I PUT ON MY 18's can u*i had 17en's before? but will i have better top end?

No you won't have better top end, it's not a turbo. You lose acceleration probably because of the heavier wheels and tires (unless you got lightweight 18s).

Also:
Loose = My pants are loose.
Lose = I lose my quarters everytime I put it in that vending machine.
