O2 reads zero at idle?

It flatlines to 0V at idle unless I rev and even then it will only spike for half a second. It's a brand new Bosch OEM o2 sensor.

If you've given it time to heat up....30 seconds to a minute, then it's either dead (you didn't touch the bulb, did you?), or hooked up wrong.

The engine was up to operating temperature. What bulb? I didnt touch anything on the sensor side of it. Can they be dead from the store? I just got it yesterday.

The "bulb" is the sensor side that extends into the housing, since you didn't touch it, you're fine.

Sure, anything can be a defect from the store.

Was it a direct replacement? Or was it a less expensive version that you have to splice together?

A good O2 sensor will start to cycle about 30-60 seconds after start-up. Your symptoms point to a dead O2 sensor (or hooked up wrong if it's the spliced version).

OEM plug in version. It was only 5 bucks more too. The store is getting a new one in on Monday. So I'll let you know if that fixed it.

Alright, got a new sensor installed. Exact same problem. I'm starting to think this logger software is corrupted because the error codes appear where it shows the ecu version. My Fuel trims are 119 119 102 high to low. O2 trim is 100. Logger shows the O2 voltage is 0 even when cruising at 70+
