Hey all, I just picked up a turbo to replace my blown T-25 (not that I'll miss it) and I have everything back on except for the O2 housing. I need to transfer for the stud over and I can't get it to budge. I tried out vice grips to no avail.

Any suggestions? I think I may just have to locate a fresh shiney stud...

get a new one..

go to ace hardware and get AT LEAST 8.8 grade metric bolt. i believe teh size is 10 x 30 x 1.25. just bring the o2 or a nut from the o2 with you and measure up :thumb:

USE ANTISEIZE!

oh, if you're really ghetto, get a regular bolt and cut off the head. this way you have a "stud". just use a grinder of sorts to grind the threads in the middle to create a better "stud effect". i'm not speaking by experience or anything
