So my exhaust keeps coming undone at the 02 to downpipe and I'm thinking that the studs are stripped. Has anyone ever tried to switch the studs out? I don';t think it would be all that difficult of a a process. thanks in advance.

No, this is not a hard process at all. The replacement stud part # from mitsu is MD089315. You may have to apply a little heat to the old ones to get them to loosen but be careful as this may expand the threads for good with too much. Good luck. :thumb:

Disregard what I said. I misunderstood and thought it was the o2 housing bolts that you needed not the two connecting the downpipe to the o2 housing.:D

ok...tnx anyways. I think I'm gonna go ahead and take it on. Is there any special trick to getting the back bolt on the O2 housing off? i think i'm gonna need a bent ratchet arm thingy
