Yes, that will be a direct replacement of your stock unit, but will flow slightly more, and look better. I would suggest searching ebay a little more before committing to buying that one though. You can find those for around 50 shipped from certain venders occasionally.
 
I have that same o2 housing. Fitment was perfect. Been running it for a little over a year now, no cracks either. They are worth the money IMO. Look at the reviews on here for the ebay ss o2 housing.
 
Thanks everyone. Ill keep looking but I just want it to be more to look more appealing than having a nice header to a stock o2 housing. Nice to know that it works slightly better too. I was mostly doing it for appearances
 
looks like you have an ebay manifold too so you might as well get this. Good luck with it though. You should look into recirculating your BOV so your car can run properly.
 
Ya I got the BOV thing taken care of and put the stock one back on. I think Im gonna give the ebay O2 housing a shot an if it doesnt last then I will post about it. Thanks for the advice
