Hi,

I will be welding my own 3" turboback exhaust soon, and I have a question: what's the Inside diameter of the stock o2 housing (downpipe side)? I'm a bit lazy to check it myself.

2nd, about injectors. If I'd have 550cc injectors, how much boost/hp could the injectors take, for I run 98 octane fuel all day long? (imagining all of the supporting mods are made)

Edit: 3rd, Since I'm pretty new to the turbochargers, and I'm upgrading from t-25, thou not so soon.. but.. If the stock t25 flows X amount of air at, let's say 15psi.. and big 16g for example would flow X amount of air at the same boost.. Now I understand that the pressure is the same, but the volume and temperate of the air is different.. greater? And how does that affect my fuel system? I mean if my fuel support would be made for dealing (example) 20PSI with the t25 turbo, would it be capable of 20PSI with that big 16g? I'd really appriciate if someone would explain this to me.

Oh if you're wondering that 98 octane fuel... Greetings from Finland :thumb:

Oh and my car is 1995 GS-T.

Every car is different in regards to how much boost it can run with a specific setup. You need to log the car or buy dsmlink and tune it to no knock. Also you need to take into account that your injector duty cycle needs to stay under 80% or so. If it gets to high you run the risk of sticking that injector open or even worse closed.

The t-25 is a very small turbo and after 16 psi or so its way out of its efficiency range and just making the air very hot. So I would really just keep it around there.
