I just bought a tublar o2 housing afew few days ago. When i bought it it had no o2 bung on it. I took it to get welded, they put it too far in the back and when you try to get the sensor in it doesnt clear the water pipe. Its about an inch or so back from the factory location.

So my question is, do they make stubby o2 sensors or should it get it rewelded?

If rewelded would there be any problem with putting the bung after the smaller pipe dumps back into the exhaust side, like at the bottom if it?

Thanks for the help

No, having the bung in that other location would be just fine. You could just plug the first bung and take your DP to get a bung welded on it. That'll be a hell of a lot easier to get to when doing maintenance AND it'll be in the "recommended" place for if you go to a WB setup. :thumb:
