now i have problems whit the 3rd and 4th gear

when a try to change from 2nd to 3rd gear sounds like grrrrrrrrrrrrrr grrrrrrrrrrr and i cant change from 4th to 5th gear
i have to stop the car and then its when i can move de gears again.
what i´m doing its to change from 3rd to 5th gear, i wonder if i can use the 3rd an 4th gears an syncronizers from a neon tranny.

Will it go into 4th when the engine is off? If so, you may have destroyed a synchronizer.
Or do you have to move the shifter less to get it into 3rd? Maybe a bent fork.
Cannot get it into 4th regardless of what you do? Probably a damaged spur in the gear or collar.

Neon tranny gear sets will swap. Collars, synchro's, shafts and such should be interchangeable in all NVT350's. (<-- educated guess)
