After the ordeal with my quartermaster twin disk taking a crap on me because of install error finally got the tranny fixed thanks to Tim Zimmer, new clutch master cylinder and SBC TZ-B clutch with act flywheel.
After getting it to the point where it properly disengages, and bleeding clutch I am hearing a different sound coming from it.
Kinda sounds like a brake pad noise when you spin a rotor but less abrasive sounding.
Here is the vid. You can hear mostly during the end. maybe I can catch anything now before damaging anything else further or is this normal noise? I have only 150miles on set up.
[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbuWccobV0o]Normal clutch noise? - YouTube[/ame] Someone is pushing the clutch in and out during the vid.
There are no disengagement issues, tranny shifts fine just this noise. I have been talking to Tim and he suggested I may be over extending the pressure plate but this is where I found to be the best adjustment as too low of a pedal it wouldn't disengage and if I try to go to high I'm scared of over engaging it.
Any ideas? Tim?
Thanks
