noob question: Biggest turbo possbile to go with internal WG?

just wondering, whats the biggest turbo possible that will be fine running a internal WG, is the 50trim turbos the biggest you can go?

(i know you can get preety much any turbo with or w/out internal gate, but im saying some WG have problems with higher hp applications, i just wondering what the limit is on the turbo size before a external WG would be recomended)

Really not sure.. I know my FPGreen was maxed out running 25psi on its adjustable internal gate with it adjusted all the way out + adjusted with boost controller.

I'd suggest going external, it's sweet.

I was about to say the same thing. Fp green is internally wastegated and still kinda big.

Well thats kinda difficult to answer because some people still get boost creep even with a 16g. Im running a 38mm external gate on a t3/t4 and I haven't had any creeping issues

Holsets come off diesel trucks internally gated running 30 ish psi.. But yes, you would want to go external with that kind of application as its a better way to control your boost!

you can hit 28-30 lbs on an e3 if you boost creep it

I run a pte 6152 internally gated and have no problem running 28lb's
