None or low Oil Pressure??

Hi everybody!
I am sorry that I am posting on the subject so poppular but I didn't found exactly what I've needed with the search.
I bought eclipse GS-T 97' yesterday.
Today I have noticed that my oil pressure is on the "L" sign.I have pressed several times gas pedal but with no effect.
I haven't noticed what was the oil pressure yesterday thou.
However I waited for 3 hours to cool the engine and checked the oil.It is a little bit over the second mark- so it is a little bit more than needed.
I have started the engine and for the first few minutes nothing happens.After a while the oil pressure has begun to move a little bit up.
I pressed the gas pedal few times and oil pressure have raised every time that I pressed the pedal.
After a few moments - it dropped to "L" again and never moved again.
What should I do??? Do I have to go check the car before continue driving????

I don't believe that the stock gauge is very accurate.

yes I believe so, but give me advice what should I do to find out is everthing is OK.
I am living in Pasadena,CA, and I am not originaly from here so I have no idea where to go or who to ask...
Basicly I do not know is this a big deal or not?Because if the gauge is broken or not acurate...I just do not need to worry?

Don't worry about it. There's been countless threads on this, 99.9% of the time its just the gauge being a bi***, nothing more.

So maybe I have to put aftermarket gauge?
Suggest somethingI have greddy boost already...maybe something like that?
