noise that im unsure of

im not to sure if the noise is from the head or more so of the block but idk how to describe it but if you rev it up it mainly makes a sound like something moves from side to side rather than up and down. and as rpms climb it sounds like it floats while it hits whatever it is hitting.....cant tell were from ### i bought the car and its running off the o2 housing.....i bought the car mainly ### it was cheap really cheap and i plan on doing a build on it but would like to figure out some type of source of this noise...any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Have someone push in the clutch and see if it goes away, mine did something similar and it was a TOB.
