No Turbo Boost

I just finished a turbo swap; went from the stock GSX turbo to a super 16g. I just drove it for the first time will all the new parts on and I noticed that the my boost gauge will not go past 2-3 PSI. I was wondering if anyone had any idea why this might be? I havent had a change to put the MBC on yet; Hopefully this will fix the problem but I wanted to see if anyone out there had any other thoughts.

Mine wont even go past 0. Damn.... Check wastegate and leaks. Im still having a hard time with mine. I open a thread twice for help!

Problem is most likely going to lie within the waste-gate. I had this problem and drove like that for a bit until I finally got fed up, pulled the turbo off and saw that the Flapper Door was stuck wide open.

As suggested, do a boost leak test.

problem lie's in wastegate... probably tear in wastegate diaphragm
