no throttle while in gear

Ok i recently crashed my 92 tsi so i bought a 1990 shell.. we swapped the motor in and changed all the necvessary things that are different with the 1990 (tps,tb,cas, etc) The car will start up fine and rev fine in neutral. but when put in gear it will sputter and jerk.... the only way to get it to move is to rev it up and launch it but then the trottle will disapear... does anyone have any idea ### this could be

i had the same thing happen to me....mine was the maf not hooked up

mines deffinatley hooked up... i think it amy have something to do with the tps because the car has no throttle if i give it a lil but if i floor it the throttle will come in
