Alright well I just finished my 1g head swap, before this everything was working perfectly fine and it started everytime no problem. Now while doing the swap I also installed an aeromotive 13301, maft and also used ask my old sensors such as my coolant temp etc..

Well the battery died while I was prepping the engine by starting it with the engine fuse out a few times. So I quick charged it, went to start it and it did run but only at about 150> rpms and bucked like crazy. The engine itself was shaking hard and it just died after about 10 secs.

So I tried swapping the cas 180°, checked every connector to make sure it was plugged in and even changed the spring out with the one that was originally in the afpr. It still will not start, and now there is actually smoke coming from the engine bay which I can't see where from.

Any ideas?

Edit: I also was getting no vacuum reading when it was running, checked the line and everything is hooked up fine

Id try taking the maft back out first to see if it will start, check all your connections to the harness. As for the smoke...idk.
