K, I just checked and I have no power to my coil. All my fuses are in tack...does anyone have a chart on which fuse does what that I can get online? I'm thinking my fuses might have gotten mixed up or something.

Yeah, some are called "fuses" and others are called "fusible links". Old school fusible links looked like just wires. I'm not sure if 1g's still used them or not but the 2g's have only one or two. Mostly found right at the battery or starter.

The fusable links are in the engine fuse box. My '99 (2G) has 8 of them and each looks like a tiny fuse in a small plastic box each a different color. One is for just the motor. The 1G's probably just had a couple special (meltable) wires for the fusable links. When one of them goes you have a major short (> 20 amps) and something major will no longer have power.
