Solution
Hey guys I figured it out it was b-63 the connector behind the radio the big blue one bad connection on black with white wire so I had to rewire that one wire , thanks to all who helped
Well that’s exactly what I just said with the key on have power at the ignition switch the black and white wire but there is no power on pin 82 at the ecu also black and white wire

I’m trying to find b-63 the connector any where else I maybe having a problem with this wire

Since you have battery voltage at the ignition switch IG1 output, where else other than pin 82 have you checked?

Have you measured the resistance between the two points (with the switch off) to see is you have good continuity? For example the fuel pump relay gets the same battery voltage from the same place on pins 3 and 4 as does the ECU on pin 82.

Ya there is no voltage to the black and white wire by the Mpi relay either I haven’t checked resistance should I measure from the ignition switch connector to pin 82 I really barely know what I’m doing

Obviously my car won’t start and my Ecu won’t turn on it started intermittently I would leave the key foward for a while and it would randomly boot up I have no idea this is how far I have gotten, the problem is there is no power on this pin 82 and other locations it originally comes from the ignition switch and that’s working fine so the problem is somewhere along the way I’m asking for help because I really don’t know where to check next

I just checked the ignition fuse under the hood 30 amp and strangely at the ground side it was .68 volts with the key off and 0 volts with key on the other side was battery voltage

Ok so I checked resistance from the ignition switch to pin 82 and also from ign1 to the MPI fuel relay and got the same result a value of 1.92 high resistance

So next I should check b-63 am I right is that the one on the driver side behind the radio the big blue connector ?

thanks my problem is right here I’m thinking where the 4 wires meet because the first dot goes to the Junction box and I had power there , there is a restitance in the line anyway you can zoom in on that dot I’m trying to figure out if there is connector how I might find it
