I have shit for power, and my turbo wont spool. I can barely make it up my driveway to my apartment complex.

I just got done doing a B\S delete because the Balance Shaft bearing fell out into my oil pan so I eliminated it to prevent further issues. I have good Coolant Temp, and very good Oil Pressure.

The turbo Spooled fine when I parked the car to pull off the oil pan and it would spool a full 15 psi. I never touched any part of the turbo system.

The car runs fine, Idles ok it dies randomly if I don't touch the gas for a few mins.

I read 3 or 4 threads that had the same problem and none of them ever said if the fixed the problem or not.

Make sure your wastegate arm isnt disconnected/fell.... Also make sure that your couplings are intact and no apart.....

Waste Gate is fine, Turbo is fine. no shaft play side to side or in and out. it spins good.

I have CEL's so I ran them.

first one came up is Knock Sensor
second one came up is Injector.

I've got some 300cc Injectors off god knows what that I'm gonna throw on there to see if the code gos away\ car runs any better.

and I'm gonna see if my buddy has any spare knock sensors laying around.

turbo still isn't spooling. can't even here it.

I pulled the hose off and the turbo spins while the car is idleing like it should.

so I went out and drove it and the car after awhile it managed to load up to 6 psi. and when I left off my BOV didn't go off (Non recirculated bov so when I let off it's usually very loud even if at 2-3 psi.)

So I'm guessing major boost\vacuum leak which would also explain why the car also doesn't run so great. but I can afford to go buy a boost leak tester till I get paid next, and no one close to me has one so I guess I'm just screwed. till I get paid.

Loosen all your couplers and spray them with hairspray and reattach/tighten clamps back. If your car changes than you know you had a boost leak somewhere in the piping.

The knock could be rich knock from the boost/vacuum leak.

I replaced 2 Injector Harness's and the car runs a little better. and I have more boost... ????????

If I listen carefully I hear my blow off valve if I take it up to 4500ish @ 75% throttle. it drives a little nicer and quicker.

I'm gonna replace all the harness's, and if I still throw the code. swap out the injectors with some injectors I picked up from a junkyard for diagnosis fuel problems. they are 300cc injectors so they should work as long as I keep out of highish boost and WOT.
