Sometimes my 98 GSX will have no power at all when I get in the car. I had my battery checked and it passed. I did the alternator check by taking off the positive terminal while running and it didn't die, so I'm confused
. I put the battery back on and it all of a sudden got power, but the next morning it died again.
And when it did start, full blast heat, defrost and lights etc would dim, and sometimes I would get SRS or ABS lights when braking (WTF?_) It has been getting better, but I really don't want to be stranded at the most inconvenient moment.
How do you check battery cable wires to see if they are good? And where is the "ground wire" for this car? sorry if that sounds kind of stupid, but it would help to know
.
It always can be jumped, but it cranks REALLY FREAKING SLOW when it is.
