I'm new to owning my 97 GST 5 speed and the car started just great before I replaced the transmission, and I drove the car around once after I replaced the transmission, but I went to go start the car and it wont click or turn at all, there's no lights on the dash, the fuel pump doesn't prime, but however the headlights still turn on and work fine, the starter wires are connected just fine. I'm completely stumped. Is the battery bad? Is there some kind of fuse I didn't check? I already tried jumping it and it still did nothing.

Are you SURE all the grounds are put back where they are supposed to be? There is one from battery to firewall and another from battery to starter mount bolt.
