2G no marker lights or dash light

ive replaced the turnsignal switch but when i turn the lights on i have no tail light plate light dash lights or amber lights and it blows the fuse instantly

Sounds like something’s shorting out I would check wires and pull the tape around the wires back might be a hot touching the body somewhere
