2G No injector control (1g CAS)

Hello all, usually I have no issues diagnosing these sorts of things but I must be missing something simple here.. Car is a 97 GST auto with a JDM 6 bolt using a green top CAS.

Car has been sitting for 15 years and trying to get it started for a buddy but I’m finding that I have no injector control at the injector plug. I have power at the plug, verified wiring for CAS / continuity to pins 88 and 89, tested a few spare ECUs I have as well as known good cam sensors. Grounds appear to be fine so I’m just not sure why I’m not seeing injector pulse. I have spark, you can hear it when spinning the CAS and pump comes on too. I see rpm signal in DSMLink so I’m not sure where to look next?

The CAS tells the ECU injector timing, so probably something to do with it.

Same freaking issue. 6 bolt swapped 95 2g.

No fuel. Spin the CAS, hear pump come on. Spark at plug, 37psi at AFPR. Power at ungrounded inj with key on.

I swapped ECUs, CAS, PTU, coil packs, nothing works. It's a dead car. Dead DSM. typical DSM problems.

Car sat, old owner gave up. It ran when parked. Now I have a nightmare.

Just got to get good at diagnosing. No worries man it’ll get resolved you just gotta be willing to fail. Ask questions. Doing it by yourself yeah. But this forum is a safe haven bro.

I’ve had mine for 10 years almost.. I’ve learned so much from this thing I can tackle pretty much any car there is because of this silly little turd bucket !

I can't Diag wiring for shit. This car can sit. I have 2 other 4g63 cars, ones a mirage swap that I did myself, and they work when I turn them on so this can sit and rot if it wants to be like that.
